Trained through the Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters Apprenticeship program, Nick Rowley has served as a carpenter, layout engineer, superintendent, and general superintendent on multiple projects for more than 25 years.
As Christman Constructors, Inc’s (CCI) Director of Field Operations, Nick oversees and manages every phase of construction and manpower on our projects. In partnership with CCI’s general superintendents, Nick organizes field teams to develop team expertise into practical solutions for our clients while modeling high standards for our labor force and consistently enforcing safety standards.
Nick leads CCI’s Field Leadership Development program, which supports growth for current and upcoming field leaders ensuring the next generation of CCI leadership has the skills necessary for success. In addition, he was instrumental in the development of CopperWorksSM, CCI’s award-winning and patent-pending cloud-based application that brings job placement logistics into the 21st century
