Joe Malloy

Joe joined CCI in 2022 bringing more than 11 years of construction experience working as an estimator and project manager focused primarily on interiors and fireproofing. Joe oversees CCI’s growing fireproofing and metal stud, drywall, and acoustical divisions. Both divisions build on CCI’s current capabilities and fill a critical need in the market for these services. CCI utilizes union tradesmen and women, who pride themselves on quality workmanship across numerous project types and markets. CCI’s fireproofers have many years of experience with this highly specialized trade.
