As a project manager/estimator in the general trades division, Fred is skilled at running projects in a variety of target markets. Fred joined Christman Constructors, Inc. (CCI) in 2014, having ten years of experience in a variety of roles including field superintendent, project engineer and project manager in the housing, multi-family, commercial, historic restoration, mixed use, and K12 markets. He is an expert at managing large, complex projects and bringing together team members to create a collaborative environment that focuses on clear communication and teamwork. Fred also has the ability to foresee challenges and leadership needs before they become an issue onsite. An active member in the community, Fred is involved with the Associated General Contractors (AGC) Construction Leaders Council, has completed AGC's Project Manager Development Program, and participates in a variety of charity events.
