As a seasoned veteran of the construction industry, Doug is skilled at running projects in a variety of target markets. He is an expert at overseeing large, complex projects as well as managing many team members both internally and externally. Additionally, he has the ability to foresee project challenges and leadership needs and will work to address them before they become an issue on site. Doug’s strengths include his significant on-site field experience, people management skills, and ability to coordinate the activities of employees to produce a true team effort. Doug joined the Christman organization in 2001.
