Buddy manages and estimates projects in all types and sizes for Christman Constructors. Inc. (CCI). He is responsible for identifying and bidding new projects as well as overseeing projects for safety enforcement, financials, material logistics, manpower and Owner/CM/Architect coordination Buddy joined CCI in 2014 as an intern and joined the team full-time later that year as a project engineer/estimator. He was promoted to project manager/estimator in 2016. His experience allows him to effectively support the project team and promote an environment of teamwork required on large, technical material and manpower projects to ensure safety, accountable project delivery and change issue resolution.
