Doug Peters, P.E.

Doug oversees all operations for Christman Constructors, Inc., Christman's self-perform affiliate. In this role, he provides leadership for all of the projects performed, as well as safety leadership in which Christman Constructors, Inc. is generally acknowledged as one of the industry's leaders. Doug joined Christman in 2001 as a project manager, and was promoted to Director of Concrete Operations in 2007, to Vice President in 2009, to Executive Vice President in 2014, and to President in 2016. Prior to joining Christman, Doug spent four years with the Army Corps of Engineers and was a commissioned officer. After serving with the U.S. Army, he worked for a national concrete construction services firm. Doug is a member of the American Society of Concrete Contractors Safety and Risk Management Council and is an Associate Member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) Committee 207-Mass Concrete and ACI Committee 347-Formwork. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Michigan and Virginia. He is also a member of the Christman Constructors board of directors.
